Anoli Patel is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in education, consulting, and organizational development. A former founding school leader serving students in Los Angeles, CA, she has also worked as an educator in Memphis, TN, Chicago, IL, and Gujarat, India. Her passion has always been deeply rooted in social justice and social impact, empowering those whose voices are not always heard.

Anoli specializes in change management strategies, including strategic planning, professional learning, diagnostic analysis, progress monitoring, and implementation support. With a strong background in leadership and organizational improvement, she drives comprehensive initiatives that prioritize equity, empathy, and measurable outcomes.

She excels in guiding strategic planning processes, fostering organizational success, cultivating inclusive cultures, and effectively engaging diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Through her work, Anoli empowers leaders and teams with the tools to navigate complex challenges, ensuring sustainable growth and impactful results.

Anoli holds a Master’s in Education from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor’s in Criminology, Law & Society and African American Studies from the University of California, Irvine. She is a Ryan Fellow from Accelerate Institute, where she became an expert in change management implementation, building and leading high-performing teams, fostering constructive and aspirational learning environments, implementing data-driven practices, and coaching teachers and school leaders through the lens of Black-Belt Teaching.

Additionally, she is a certified IIRP Restorative Practices Facilitator, certified in RULER (Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence’s social-emotional learning approach), and a 2012 Teach for America alum.
