He has played a role in expanding various consulting initiatives throughout the region, collaborating closely with organizations such as the Brotherhood Crusade Youth Source Center and 100 Black Men of Los Angeles, where he actively promotes opportunities for minority youth in his urban community.

John holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Criminal Justice and an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Construction Technology, both from the University of Western New Mexico. His educational background complements his passion for sports and youth development.
