Magdalyne is the Head of Communications and Social Media for Kukua Education Limited. Her role is to constantly engage and build the global community of Super Sema fans by creating engaging and interactive educational content. Kukua is an edutainment company, which blurs the worlds of entertainment and education to create empowering cartoons, games, music, toys, and experiences for children. Their mission is to give 21st-century children the skills and capacity to dream beyond what they think is possible and to imagine and create a better world through STEAM education accessible.

Magdalyne is passionate about making quality education accessible and fun for kids around the world. In her free time, she volunteers as a mentor for primary school students and supports fundraising projects for community-based schools in Mathare slums, Kenya. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and media studies and is a Fellow of the Young African Leadership Initiative, East Africa, and the Amani Institute, Social Innovation Management program, Kenya.
