Raphael Abucheri is a passionate educational leader with a proven track record of success in guiding teenagers, teachers, and students towards achieving their academic goals. With nearly a decade of experience, Raphael brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his role as Dean of Learning and Instruction at Nova Pioneer Tatu Boys (since November 2016).

A strong advocate for international curricula, Raphael is well-versed in renowned programs like the International Baccalaureate, Pearson Edexcel, and Cambridge curriculums. This expertise allows him to provide students with a well-rounded and internationally recognized education. Fueled by a belief in fostering a love of learning and empowering students to become active participants in their education, Raphael champions project-based learning. This approach fosters creativity, critical thinking skills, and a deeper understanding of the subjects explored. Some of his noteworthy projects include the “African Podcast Project” implemented in Kenya and the “Wonders of Weather Project” conducted in Tanzania.

Raphael is a firm believer in the power of project-based learning.
